license and permit the Bucklands Beach Yacht Club (Inc.)
(hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its
successors or assigns unless the context requires a different
construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and
bed of the sea at Bucklands Beach, Auckland, as shown
on plan marked M.D. 11372 and deposited in the office of
the Ministry of Transport at Auckland, for the purpose of
maintaining thereon a boat ramp as shown on the said plan,
such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon
and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the
Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence
Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations
shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

(2) The term of the licence shall be fourteen years from
the 1st day of December 1977.

(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be fifteen
dollars ($15) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee
shall be forty dollars ($40); provided always that the Minister
may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first
year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Licensing the Thames-Coromandel District Council to occupy
a Site for a Boat Ramp on Whangapoua Harbour

PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen
John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of
powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license
and permit the Thames Coromandel District Council (here-
inafter called the licensee, which term shall include its
successors or assigns unless the context requires a different
construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and
bed of the Whangapoua Harbour as shown on plan marked
M.D. (N) 396 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of
Transport at Auckland, for the purpose of maintaining there-
on a boat ramp as shown on the said plan, such licence to be
held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the
terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence
Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations
shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st
day of October 1977.

(3) The annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be ten
cents ($0.10) payable on demand provided always that the
Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of
the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at the
Mangawhai Heads as a site for a Boat Ramp

terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto,

prescribed, administered, or supplied for the Purpose of
treating Persons dependent on Controlled Drugs

NOTICE is hereby given that the Minister of Health, pursuant
to section 24 (5) (b) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, has
specified the hospitals and hospital board clinics named in
the Schedule hereto as places at which controlled drugs may
be prescribed, administered, or supplied for the purpose of
treating persons dependent on controlled drugs.

The Misuse of Drugs Act 1975: Notice of Authorisation

NOTICE is hereby given that the Minister of Health, acting
under section 19 (1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, has
authorised the public health pharmacists named in the Schedule
hereto to enter the premises of any person who carries on
the business of a producer, manufacturer, seller, or distributor
of any controlled drug, or who otherwise undertakes the
supply or administration of any controlled drug and to demand
the production of, and to inspect any, books or documents
relating to dealings in any controlled drug and to inspect,
weigh, measure, and record the stocks of controlled drugs.
