Declaring Land Taken Together with a Right of Way Easement Over Land, for Post Office Purposes (V.H.F. Station) in Blocks VII and VIII, Kaihu Survey District, Hobson County

PURSUANT to section 2 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Post Office purposes (v.h.f. station) and a right of way easement over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Post Office purposes (v.h.f. station), to be held appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty and licence in perpetuity to construct and maintain the said right of way, together with the full free right and liberty for Her Majesty’s servants, contractors, workmen, tradesmen, agents, and licensees (in common with all other persons from time to time lawfully entitled to use the same) at all times by day or night, with or without vehicles, machines, tools, and equipment to go, pass, and repass along, over, upon, and through the said land, from and after the 20th day of October 1977.

FIRST SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VII, Kaihu Survey District, described as follows:

As shown on plan S.O. 51146, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon marked as above-mentioned.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation ground and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, citizens of the City of Waitemata from and after the 20th day of October 1977.

Crown Land Set Apart for a Quarry and for the Purposes of a Quarry in Block VI, Kawakawa Survey District, Bay of Islands County

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land first described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for a quarry and the land secondly described in the said Schedule to be set apart for the purposes of a quarry, from and after the 20th day of October 1977.

Amending a Declaration Taking Land for Road in Block XIV, Tangihua Survey District, Whangarei County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration dated the 22nd day of April 1977 published in Gazette, No. 54, 12 May 1977, at page 1392, declaring land taken for road in Block XIV, Tangihua Survey District, Whangarei County, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, by omitting the Schedule, and substituting the following Schedule.

ALL that piece of land containing 3590 square metres, situated in Block XIV, Tangihua Survey District, and being part Allotment SW 24, Tauraroa Parish; as shown on plan S.O. 50336, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon marked “D”.
