IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and LIBRAN PRODUCTS INTERNATIONAL LTD.:

NOTICE is hereby given that, by an entry in its minute book signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, Libran Products International Ltd., on the 5th day of October 1977, resolved that the company be wound up voluntarily. Accordingly, and in compliance with section 362 (8) of the Companies Act 1955, a meeting of creditors of Libran Products International Ltd., is called and will be held in the Ellen Melville Hall, corner of High and Chancery Streets, Auckland 1, on Friday, 14 October 1977, commencing at 9.30 a.m.
