A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area
vested in the Southland Education Board as a site for a
school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and
discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but
subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements
affecting the same at the date hereof.
SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT-SOUTHLAND COUNTY
PART Section 745, Block LXI, Hokonui Survey District: area,
1.5229 hectares, more or less, being balance of certificate of
title, volume, 62, folio 86, subject to a sewage drainage
easement created by Document No. 016593.1, Southland
Registry (as marked A on S.O. Plan 9106).

Alteration of the Boundaries of the Manawatu Pest Destruction District (Notice No. 1814 Ag. 6/13/2/6A)

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 3rd day of
October 1977.
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to section 23 (1) of the Agricultural Pests
Destruction Act 1967, His Excellency the Governor-General,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- (i) This order may be cited as the Alteration of the
Boundaries of the Manawatu Pest Destruction District Order -
(ii) This order shall come into force on the day after its
notification in the Gazette. - The boundaries of the Manawatu Pest Destruction
District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the
18th day of March 1974 and divided into wards, pursuant
to section 21 of the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967,
on the 9th day of August 1974β , are hereby altered to exclude
from the district that area constituted as the Hutt ward.
