IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, in the matter of MIDELNEY HOLDINGS LTD.:
BY special resolution, passed by entry in the minute book and signed as provided by Section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, it was resolved that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Keith William Parker, of Pyne, Gould, Guinness Ltd., Trust Department, Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing the assets.
