Amending a Notice Declaring Road in Blocks II and III, Patetere North Survey District, Matamata County, to be a Government Road and to be Stopped

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice, dated the 8th day of June 1977, published in Gazette, No. 83, 4 August 1977, at page 2140, declaring road to be a Government road and to be stopped, by omitting the piece of road adjoining or passing through Section 45, Block II, Patetere North Survey District, containing 410 square metres, fifthly described in the Schedule thereto, and substituting the area described in the following Schedule.
