PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Buller, from and after the 13th day of January 1977.

Land Proclaimed as Road, and Road Closed and Incorporated in an Adjoining Crown Lease in Block IX, Mangatoro Survey District, Dannevirke County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Dannevirke, hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and hereby proclaims that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto, is hereby closed and shall when so closed be incorporated in Crown lease in perpetuity No. R. 396 recorded in register book, Volume 37, folio 154, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Arthur James Poole, of Motea, farmer, and Myra Annie Poole, his wife, subject to mortgage No. 215286, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry.
