IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of DEANS ESTATE LTD. (in voluntary liquidation):
NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 269 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, that by special resolution of shareholders of the above company, passed on the 16th day of December 1976, it was resolved that the company be wound up voluntarily and that John George Strack, of Christchurch, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.
Notice is also given, pursuant to rule 85 of the Companies (Winding-up) Rules 1956, that the liquidator has fixed the 31st day of January 1977 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 13th day of December 1976, presented to the said Court by FREDERICK NELSON WATSON, the statutory receiver and manager of CAPITOL CARS (AUCKLAND) LIMITED (in receivership) and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on Wednesday, the 2nd day of February 1977 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
