  3. Homogenisation by treatment station, if the ag-
    gregate quantity homogenised is —

  4. Storing by refrigeration in vendor's depot 0.57

Licensing the Waiomu Boat Club (Inc.) to Occupy a Site for
a Boat Ramp at Waiomu, Firth of Thames

PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen
John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of
powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license
and permit the Waiomu Boat Club (Inc.) (hereinafter called
the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns
unless the context requires a different construction) to use and
occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Waiomu,
Firth of Thames, as shown on plans marked M.D. 11348 and
M.D. 13814 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of
Transport at Auckland, for the purpose of maintaining thereon
a boat ramp as shown on the said plans, such licence to be
held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the
terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

CONDITIONS

(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence
Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall,
so far as applicable, apply hereto.

(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st
day of September 1976.

(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be twelve
dollars ($12) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee
shall be eighty dollars ($80); provided always that the Minister
may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first
year or any subsequent year of the said term.

(4) Every person who shall use the said boat ramp with
any boat shall pay to the licensee for the use thereof as
follows:

  1. For boats up to 4.267 metres (14 ft) a sum of 25 cents
    each way.

  2. For boats 4.267 metres and over a sum of 50 cents
    each way.

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
undersigned Assistant Secretary to the Treasury, acting under
powers delegated to the Secretary to the Treasury by the
Minister of Finance, hereby consents to the borrowing by
