Declaring Land Taken for the Dunedin-Milton Motorway in
the City of Dunedin

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
the Dunedin-Milton motorway, from and after the 13th day
of January 1977.

ALL that piece of land containing 20.23 perches, situated in

Authorisation of the Exchange of a Reserve for Other Land

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Hawke’s Bay Pest
Destruction Board and Revocation of the Reservation Over
a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Hawke’s Bay Pest
Destruction Board (formerly the Northern Hawke’s Bay
Rabbit Board) and revokes the reservation as a reserve for
rabbit board buildings over the land described in the Schedule
hereto.

Revocation of a Declaration That Private Land be an Historic
Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the notice dated 17 September 1965
and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 54, 23 September
1965, page 1592, declaring the private land described in the
Schedule hereto to be a private reserve under Part V of the
said Act.

PART Section 74, Rai Valley Registration District, situated in
Block I, Wakamarina Survey District, being part of the

the plan marked L. and S. 4/1307, deposited in the Head
Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and
thereon coloured red, together with full rights of access over
that portion of the said Section 74, containing 51 square
metres, more or less, coloured yellow on the said plan, being
part of the land in certificate of title, Volume 1B, folio 186,
Marlborough Registry.
