Land Proclaimed as Street and Street Closed in the City of Waitemata

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as street the land, described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Waitemata; and also hereby proclaims as closed the street described in the Second Schedule hereto.
