The Wellington District Boilermakers', Metalworkers' Assistants', Iron and Steel Ship and Bridge Builders and Structural Steel Workers Industrial Union of Workers Cancellation Notice 1976
WHEREAS, in respect of certain discontinuances of employment,
I am satisfied that they have caused or are likely to cause
serious loss or inconvenience and that they have been brought
about wholly or partly by the above-mentioned union of
workers or by members of that union.
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 130 of the Industrial
Relations Act 1973, I give notice as follows:
1.(a) This notice may be cited as The Wellington District
Boilermakers', Metalworkers' Assistants', Iron and Steel Ship
and Bridge Builders and Structural Steel Workers Industrial
Union of Workers Cancellation Notice 1976.
(b) This notice shall take effect on the date of its publication in the Gazette.
- The registration of The Wellington District Boilermakers',
Metalworkers' Assistants', Iron and Steel Ship and Bridge
Builders and Structural Steel Workers Industrial Union of
Workers is hereby cancelled.
