a Government Road and to be Stopped
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of
Works and Development hereby
(a) Declares the pieces of road, described in the Schedule
hereto, to be a Government road, and
(b) Stops the said road.

ALL those pieces of road, situated in Block X, Mahurangi
Survey District, described as follows:

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Vested in Ashburton County
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Ashburton; and also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto, and further hereby declares that the road, firstly described in the said Second Schedule, shall when so closed, vest in Pyne, Gould, Guinness Limited, of Christchurch, and Joan Rhoda Wilkinson, of Chertsey, married woman, subject to mortgages No. 326672 and 777525; and also that the road, secondly described in the said Second Schedule, shall, when so closed, vest in John Geoffrey Doig, of Ashburton, farmer, subject to mortgage No. 21713/3.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as street the land, described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland, and also proclaims as closed the street described in the Second Schedule hereto, and pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land comprised in the street hereby closed, is hereby taken for better utilisation, from and after the 2nd day of September 1976.
