CORRIGENDUM
IN the notice headed "Cessation of Appointment of Local
Licensing Authority", published in New Zealand Gazette,
No. 95, 26 August 1976, page 1985, line 3, for "now merged
with the Eltham Council" read "now merged with the Eltham
County Council".

Land Taken for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes
in Block VI, Te Mata Survey District, Hawke's Bay County,
and Declared to be Crown Land

DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward
Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby: (a) proclaim and declare that the land, described
in the Schedule hereto, is hereby taken for soil conservation
and river control purposes and shall vest in the Hawke's
Bay Catchment Board as from the 2nd day of September 1976;
and (b) further declare the land, described in the said
Schedule, to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE
HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1.4863 hectares, situated
in Block VI, Te Mata Survey District, and being part Lot 1,
D.P. 13605; as shown on plan S.O. 6693, lodged in the
office of the Chief Surveyor at Napier, and thereon marked
"A".

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 26th day of August 1976.

Land Taken for Street Purposes in the City of Wellington

DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward
Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
hereto, is hereby taken for street purposes and shall vest in
the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Welling-
ton, as from the date hereinafter mentioned: and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 2nd day of September 1976.

SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 8.9 perches, situated in
the City of Wellington, being part of Section 203, City
of Wellington. All certificate of title, Volume 115, folio 229.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 27th day of August 1976.

Declaring Land in South Auckland Land District, Vested in
the South Auckland Education Board as a Site for a School,
to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area
vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a site for a
school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and
discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but
subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affect-
ing the same at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—TE AWAMUTU BOROUGH
ALLOTMENT 36, Village of Te Awamutu, situated in Block VI,
Puniu Survey District: area, 505 square metres, more or less.
Balance certificate of title, Volume 8, folio 252 (S.O. Plan
1637).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 20th day of August 1976.
