Plant Declared Noxious under the Noxious Weeds Act 1950
in the County of Waimea (No. 1511 Ag 12/10/4/4)
PURSUANT to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, under the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries Act 1953, for the purposes of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the following special order, made by the Waimea County Council on the 14th day of July 1976, is hereby published.
SPECIAL ORDER
That, pursuant to the provisions of section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Waimea County Council hereby declares Datura Stramonium, which is more commonly known as thorn apple or jimson weed, to be a noxious weed within the Waimea County.

Plant Declared a Noxious Weed under the Noxious Weeds Act 1950 in the County of Hokianga (No. 1510 Ag. 12/10/4/4)
PURSUANT to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, under the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries Act 1953, for the purposes of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the following special order, made by the Hokianga County Council on the 28th day of July 1976, is hereby published.
SPECIAL ORDER
THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred in it by section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Hokianga County Council doth hereby resolve to make a special order to declare the following plant to be a noxious weed within the County of Hokianga.

Thorn apple or jimson weed (Datura stramonium).

PURSUANT to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries under the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries Act 1953, for the purposes of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the following special order, made by the Vincent County Council on the 29th day of July 1976, is hereby published.
SPECIAL ORDER
THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Vincent County Council hereby resolves and declares, by way of special order, that the under-mentioned plants are noxious weeds within the County of Vincent.

Salvinia (Waterfern).

Notice of Approval of Bylaws
PURSUANT to sections 8A and 165 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport hereby approve the Rotorua City Council Lake Foreshore and City Waters Control Bylaw 1973, Amendment No. 2, 1976, made at a meeting of the Rotorua City Council, held on 21 June 1976, and confirmed at a meeting of the Council, held on 19 July 1976. This amendment shall come into force on the 1st day of September 1976.

Licensing B. F. Candy and K. L. Morrison Pty Ltd. to Occupy a Site for a Boat Ramp and Sewer Outfall at Amedeo Bay, Coromandel Peninsula
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit B. F. Candy and K. L. Morrison Pty Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Amedeo Bay, Coromandel Peninsula, as shown on plans marked MD (N) 212 and MD (N) 213 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Auckland for the purpose of maintaining thereon a boat ramp and sewer outfall, as shown on the said plans, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of August 1976.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be forty dollars ($40) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be one hundred and eighty dollars ($180); provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.
(4) The boat ramp shall be available for the use of all persons free of charge at all reasonable times.
