Amending Notice Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and not Required for that Purpose to be Crown Land in Block XI, Puketi Survey District, Taupo County

Pursuant to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice, dated the 22nd day of April 1976, published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 48, 29 April 1976, at page 981, declaring land, acquired for a government work and not required for that purpose, to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, in Block XI, Puketi Survey District, Taupo County, pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT

All those pieces of unformed legal road adjoining the land, described hereunder, and shown on S.O. Plan 9503:

(a) Rural Section 3817, situated in Block II, Poerua Survey District, and marked A: area, 250 square metres, more or less.

Resumption of Unformed Legal Road in Blocks II and VI, Poerua Survey District, Westland County

Pursuant to section 191B of the Counties Act 1956, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Westland County Council, pursuant to the said section 191B and as from the date of this notice the land shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Trustees of the Matakohe Cemetery Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation over Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the trustees of the Matakohe cemetery reserve and revokes the reservation over that part of the reserve for a public cemetery, described in the Schedule hereto.

Change of the Purpose of a Reserve to Scenic Purposes and Addition of the Reserve to the Whangamomona Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a reserve for municipal purposes to a reserve for scenic purposes, and further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Whangamomona scenic reserve.
