Declaring Land Taken for Road in Waimairi County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into,
the land, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby taken
for road, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and
Inhabitants of the County of Waimairi, from and after
the 26th day of August 1976.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land, situated in Block XI, Christchurch
Survey District, described as follows:

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested, and Land
Taken and Vested in Block II, Takapau Survey District,
Waipawa County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby pro-
claims as road the land, described in the First Schedule hereto,
which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and In-
habitants of the County of Waipawa; hereby proclaims as
closed the road, described in the Second Schedule hereto,
hereby takes the land, described in the Third Schedule hereto,
for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and
also hereby declares that the road, described in the Second
Schedule hereto, and the land, described in the Third Schedule
hereto, shall, when so closed and taken, vest in Alan David
Thompson, of Takapau, farmer, subject to mortgages 303304.3
and 304744.1, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry.

(2412 square metres) adjoining or passing through Section
1, Block II, Takapau Survey District, and Section 8, Block II,

in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Napier, and thereon
coloured green.

Adjoining Crown Lease in Block I, Mangatoro Survey Dis-
trict, Dannevirke County

Pursuant to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice,

73, 24 June 1976, page 1463, proclaiming land as road, road
closed and vested, and road closed and incorporated in an
adjoining Crown lease in Block I, Mangatoro Survey District,
Dannevirke County, by omitting from the heading “Block I,
Mangatoro Survey District, Dannevirke County” and sub-
stituting “Block II, Mangatoro Survey District, Dannevirke
County”, and omitting the First and Second Schedules and
substituting the following First and Second Schedules.
