A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Land Taken for Street Purposes in the City of Wellington

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby taken for street purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect, on and after the 26th day of August 1976.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 8.73 perches, situated in the City of Wellington, being part of Section 203 of the Town of Wellington, and being all the land bordered green as shown on D.P. 11629. All certificate of title, Volume 469, folio 30.
