In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter
of IMPORT STORES LIMITED, a private company duly
incorporated in New Zealand and having its registered office
at the offices of Messrs Barr, Burgess & Stewart, Chartered
Accountants, New Zealand Mutual Funds Building, Bond
Street, Dunedin:

NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court
of New Zealand, dated the 22nd day of July 1976, confirm-
ing the reduction of capital of the abovenamed company
from $105,000 to $75,000, and the minute approved by the
Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company
as altered, the several particulars required by the above-
mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies
on the 13th day of August 1976. The said minute is in the
words and figures following:

The amount of share capital of Import Stores Limited
as altered by the order of the Supreme Court confirming
the reduction of the share capital is $75,000 divided into
75,000 ordinary shares of $1 each and at the date of
registration of this minute the amount of $1 is deemed to
be paid up on each share.
