TAKE notice that a general meeting of the above-named company and the creditors of the above-named company will be held at La Reine Caterers Limited, Reception Room, Walton Street, Whangarei, on Monday, the 30th day of August 1976 at 11 o’clock in the forenoon.

Agenda

(a) To have an account laid before the meeting showing the acts and dealings of the liquidator and the conduct of the winding up to date.
(b) To consider a statement of assets and liabilities of the company.
(c) To consider a report from the liquidator that, in his opinion, the company will now be unable to pay its debts in full.
