IN THE MATTER of section 338 of the Companies Act 1955,
AND IN THE MATTER of GUTHRIE AND LARNACHS NEW ZEA-
LAND TIMBER AND WOODWARE FACTORIES LIMITED, a dis-
solved company:

Notice is hereby given as follows:

1. That on the 24th day of May 1976 it came to the notice
   of the Secretary to the Treasury that the estate in
   fee simple of the above-named GUTHRIE AND
   LARNACHS NEW ZEALAND TIMBER AND WOODWARE
   FACTORIES LIMITED in all that piece of land, situated
   in the Invercargill Hundred, containing 8643 square
   metres, more or less, being that piece of land shown
   on Deposited Plan 110 as the Western Portion of
   Villiers Street, being part of Section 42, Block XIX,
   of the said Hundred bounded on the north by part
   Lot 1 and Lots 2 to 13 Block III, Deposited Plan 110,
   and on the west by Wicklow Street, and on the south
   by Lots 1 to 14, Block IV, Deposited Plan 110, and
   on the east by the remainder of the land known as
   Villiers Street, being part of the land comprised and
   described in certificate of title, Volume 19, folio
   104, Southland Registry, had vested in the Crown,
   pursuant to section 337 of the above-mentioned Act;

2. That on the date aforesaid application was received by
   the Secretary to the Treasury for the Crown’s title
   to the said esate in fee simple to be disclaimed;

3. That no such applications as aforesaid was received by
   the Secretary to the Treasury before the date afore-
   said;

4. That the Crown’s title to the said estate in fee simple is
   hereby disclaimed.
