Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby authorises the exchange of that part of the reserve for scenic purposes, described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve specifying the Manner of Disposal and how Proceeds of Sale shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for recreation purposes over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Rotorua City Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council's reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other recreation reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for recreation purposes.

Resumption of Unformed Legal Road in Block XI, Okarito Survey District, Westland County

Pursuant to section 191B of the Counties Act 1956, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Westland County Council, pursuant to the said section 191B, and as from the date of this notice the land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Appointment of the Taranaki Reserves Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Taranaki Reserves Board to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for historic purposes.

Approval of Driving Instruction Course

Pursuant to section 68 (1) of the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby approves the Dunedin course for impaired drivers as a course of instruction, approved by the Minister, for persons convicted of an offence in connection with the driving of a motor vehicle.
