THE COMPANIES ACT 1955
MEETING OF CREDITORS

A meeting of the creditors of Stott Promotions Ltd., in liquidation (which was wound up by the Supreme Court on 28 May 1976) will be held at the boardroom, Canterbury Manufacturers’ Association, 263 Cambridge Terrace, Christchurch, on 17 August 1976, at 11 a.m.

NOTE: The above company was involved as promoter of the “Cash Bonanza” and other competitions in conjunction with various sporting and other organisations. The company has disclaimed liability for any refunds to the holders of the many thousands of tickets in competitions which were not completed. In any case, indications are that no funds will be available for payment of a dividend to ordinary creditors. Any person claiming to be a creditor of the company may, however, obtain a proof of debt form on application to the nearest official assignee’s office and forward the same to me together with supporting evidence.

IVAN A. HANSEN,
Official Liquidator.
