reserve to be a public domain subject to the provisions of

Partial Exemption of State Forest Land From Mining Act

PURSUANT to section 24 (1) (a) of the Mining Act 1971,
the Minister of Mines gives the following notice.

THE State forest land, described in the following Schedule,
is hereby declared to be exempt from the mining of green-
stone, in accordance with the provisions of the Mining Act
1971. A plan of the areas exempted is held by the Chief
Surveyor, Hokitika.
