be called upon to contribute towards the cost of erection
or maintenance of any boundary fences between the land,
described in the First Schedule hereto, and any other adjoining
land, the property of Albert Foster Hall and Donald St Clair
Brown, but this covenant shall not enure to the benefit of
any subsequent purchaser or occupier of such adjoining land.

Declaring Land Taken for the Hamilton Eastern Bypass Motor-
way and for the Use, Convenience or Enjoyment of the
said Motorway in the City of Hamilton
PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into,
the land, described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby
taken for the Hamilton eastern bypass motorway, and the
land, described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby
taken for the use, convenience or enjoyment of the said
motorway, from and after the 5th day of August 1976.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Vested in
Amuri County
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land, described in the First Schedule
hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the County of Amuri; and also hereby
proclaims as closed the road, described in the Second and
Third Schedules hereto; and further hereby declares that the
road described in the said Second Schedule, shall, when so
