Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 1st day of July 1976, presented to the said Court by WHOLESALE PLUMBING SUPPLIES LIMITED; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Wellington on the 4th day of August 1976 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

BAY OF ISLANDS COUNTY COUNCIL
DECLARATION OF A LIMITED ACCESS ROAD BY SPECIAL ORDER
Pursuant to a resolution passed by the Bay of Islands County Council on the 21st day of July 1976, the said council hereby declares that the part of Landing Road, Kerikeri (formerly part of Kerikeri Road) shown on County Plan No. 870 shall be a limited access road with effect from 1st August 1976. A copy of the County Plan No. 870 is held at the office of the council at Main Highway, Kawakawa, and may there be inspected during ordinary office hours. This special order is made in accordance with the powers vested in the Council, under section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, and will be confirmed at the council meeting to be held on Wednesday, the 18th day of August 1976.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE AN UNREGISTERED LEASEHOLD INTEREST IN LAND
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, and their respective amendments, the Wellington City Corporation proposes to take the unregistered leasehold interest in certain land (the said interest and land being described in the Schedule hereto), the land being required for a public work, namely for street purposes; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land subject to the unregistered leasehold interest which is required to be taken, is deposited in the office of the City Solicitor, Municipal Offices Building, 5 Mercer Street, Wellington, and is there open for inspection without fee by all persons during the hours of 8.30 a.m. to 4.45 p.m., Monday to Friday, and any person claiming to be affected by the taking of the said interest, not being an objection to amount or payment of compensation, should send his written objection within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, 175 The Terrace, Wellington; and notice is hereby further given that if any objection is made, as aforesaid, a public hearing of that objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of that hearing, and at that hearing each objector will be advised of the reasons for the proposed taking.
Explanatory note: The council is to take the unregistered leasehold interest in the land, described below, for street widening.

SCHEDULE
All that parcel of land containing fifty two (52) square metres more or less, and being ground floor shop premises in Farmans Building, Farish Street, Wellington, the said parcel of land being occupied by Mall Dry Cleaners Ltd., under an unregistered lease, dated 1 December 1971, made between Farman Buildings Limited and Mall Dry Cleaners Ltd., the said parcel of land being part of Town Section 207 and being part of the land in certificate of title 389/139, Wellington Registry.

SPECIAL ORDER—CONSOLIDATION OF SPECIAL RATES
Notice is hereby given that the following special order resolution was passed at a meeting of the One Tree Hill Borough Council, held on Tuesday, 29 June 1976, and confirmed at a meeting of the One Tree Hill Borough Council, held in the Council Chambers, at 5 p.m., on Tuesday, 27 July 1976, having meantime been advertised in the Auckland Star and New Zealand Herald, on the 3rd day of July 1976, and 17th day of July 1976.

RESOLUTION
Passed at Meeting Held on the 29th day of June 1976:
That in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by section 108A of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, as enacted by section 10 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act 1959, and amended by section 13 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act 1974, and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the One Tree Hill Borough Council hereby resolves, by way of Special Order, that instead of levying the special rates specified in the First and Second Schedules hereto to make uniform consolidated special rates set out in paragraphs (a) and (b) hereunder:
