Resumption of Unformed Legal Road in Block IV, Makuri
Survey District, Pahiatua County

Pursuant to section 191B of the Counties Act 1956, the
Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land in the Schedule
hereto has been transferred to the Crown by the Pahiatua
County Council, pursuant to the said section 191B, and as
from the date of this notice the land shall be deemed to
be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

The Wanganui-Rangitikei Electric Power Board Electric Lines
Licence 1966, Amendment No. 2

Pursuant to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity
hereby amends the Wanganui-Rangitikei Electric Power Board
Electric Lines Licence 1966*, as amended by the Wanganui-
Rangitikei Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1966,
Amendment No. 1 (Gazette, 16 June 1966, p. 950), by:

1. Adding to paragraph 1 of the First Schedule the following:
   "and in the area, formerly the licensed area of the Raetihi
   Borough Council, as defined in an Order in Council, dated
   20 October 1965, and published in the Gazette on the 28th day
   of the same month at p. 1845."

2. Adding to the First Schedule the following:
   "3. Electric line for the supply of electrical energy com-
   mencing at a point on the boundary of the Wanganui-Rangitikei
   electric power district in Section 7, Block XIV, Hautapu
   Survey District, and proceeding in a south-easterly direction
   for approximately 40 metres into Pt. 6, Block XIV, Hautapu
   Survey District, the said line being more particularly shown
   on plan marked N.Z.E.D. 921, deposited in the office of the
   New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington."

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 12) 1976

Pursuant to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:

1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 12) 1976.
   (b) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Goods of the classes specified, and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff, falling within the Tariff items in the First Schedule hereto,
   imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under
   the said regulations.

3. The exemptions from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the
   Second Schedule hereto, included in the exempting notice shown in the Second Schedule, are hereby withdrawn.
