Declaring Land Acquired for a Local Work and not Required for that Purpose to be Crown Land

DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land, described in the First and Second Schedules hereto, to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

FIRST SCHEDULE HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land, situated in Waipukurau Survey District, Waipukurau County, Hawke's Bay R.D., described as follows:

SECOND SCHEDULE HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 8189 square metres, situated in Block XIV, Waipukurau Survey District, Waipawa County, Hawke's Bay R.D., and being part Section 17; as shown marked "A" on plan S.O. 6484 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Napier.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of July 1976.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as limited access road, the land, described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL those pieces of land described as follows:
