OF RANGITOTO ENGINEERING LIMITED:

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up
of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was,
on the 7th day of July 1976, presented to the said Court
by HIRE POOL LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having
its registered office at 231 Khyber Pass Road, Auckland,
and carrying on business as hirers; and that the said peti-
tion is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at
Auckland on the 4th day of August 1976 at 10 o’clock in
the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said
company desirous to support or oppose the making of an
order on the said petition may appear at the time of the
hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and
a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned
to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring
a copy on payment of the regulated charge for same.

of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was,
on the 14th day of July 1976, presented to the said Court
by RONALD RAYMOND GARDINER, Inspector of Awards and
Agreements, at Napier, and the said petition is directed
to be heard before the Court sitting at Napier on the 6th
day of August 1976 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any

of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on
the 9th day of June 1976, presented to the Supreme Court
by GEORGE POOLE AND SONS LIMITED; and that the said
petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at
Invercargill on the 19th day of August 1976 at 9.30 o’clock
in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said
company desirous to support or oppose the making of

NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court
of New Zealand, dated the 8th day of July 1976, confirming
the distribution of $155,466.30 from the share premium account
of the company, and the minute, approved by the Court in
respect of such distribution from the share premium account,
were registered by the Registrar of Companies at Auckland
on the 16th day of July 1976.

DRIVERS ROAD—RIVER ROAD DEVIATION
TAKING AND STOPPING ACTIONS

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waikato County
Council proposes to execute a certain public work, to wit,
the construction of a public road for which purpose the lands,
described in the First Schedule hereto, are to be taken by
the council under the provisions of the Public Works Act
1928, and the roads, described in the Second Schedule hereto,
are to be stopped under the provisions of the Counties Act
1956. A plan of these portions of land to be taken and road
to be stopped are available for public inspection at the office
of the council in Clyde Street, Hamilton East. Every person
directly affected is hereby called upon to set forth in writing
any objection you may wish to make to the execution of
such work, or to the taking of such land, or to the stopping
of such roads, not being an objection to the amount or
payment of compensation, and to send such written objec-
tion in the case of the lands to be taken for road to the
Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, Wellington, and
in respect of road stopping action to the office of the council
within forty (40) days of the first publication of this notice.
Public hearings of the objections will be held, unless the
objectors otherwise require, and each objector will be advised
of the time and place of the hearing.
