Declaring Land Taken for Waterworks in the City of Hastings

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby taken
for waterworks and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and
Citizens of the City of Hastings, from and after the 22nd day
of July 1976.

ALL that piece of land containing 16 square metres, situated
in Block XV, Heretaunga Survey District, and being part Lot
6, D.P. 6770; as shown on plan S.O. 6901, lodged in the

Declaring Land Taken for Soil Conservation and River Control

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of
Works and Development hereby

(a) Declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having
been entered into, the land, described in the Schedule
hereto, is hereby taken for soil conservation and river
control purposes, from and after the 22nd day of
July 1976; and

(b) Further declares the land, described in the said Schedule
