for the purpose of purchasing land for housing and industrial
development, and provision of a recreation reserve resulted
as follows:
The number of votes recorded for the proposal was 353.
The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 130.
The number of informal votes was 9.
I, therefore, declare that the proposal was carried.

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter
of N.Z. FOREST PRODUCTS LIMITED, a company duly
incorporated in New Zealand and having its registered office
at Auckland:
NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court
of New Zealand, dated the 28th day of June 1976, confirming
the setting free for distribution of the sum of fifteen million
dollars ($15,000,000) being part of the moneys standing to
the credit of the share premium account in the books of
the company, as at the 31st day of March 1976, and the
distribution of such amount from the share premium account,
and the minute approved by the Court, showing with respect
to the capital of the said company and with respect to the
share premium account as altered, the several particulars
required by the above-mentioned Act and by the Court, were
registered with the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, on
the 6th day of July 1976.
The said minute is in the words and figures following:
That the share premium account of N.Z. Forest Products
Limited, as at the 31st day of March 1976, was in credit
in the sum of $28,739,664 in the books of the company
and by special resolution of the company, passed on the
29th day of April 1976, and duly confirmed by an Order
of the Supreme Court, it was resolved that $15,000,000,
being part of the said sum, be set free for distribution in
cash to the holders from time to time of the shares in the
capital of the company, at such intervals and by a series
of payments of such amounts, as the directors of the com-
pany shall, from time to time, determine. Notwithstanding
the aforesaid special resolution, at the date of registration
of this minute, the authorised capital of N.Z. Forest
Products Limited is $100,000,000, divided into 4,000,000
preference ‘A’ shares of $1 each; 6,000,000 6¼ percent
Cumulative preference shares of $1 each; and 90,000,000
ordinary shares of $1 each; and the issued capital of the
company is $64,170,681, divided into 5,564,502 6¼ percent
cumulative preference shares of $1 each, all of which are
fully paid up; and 58,606,179 ordinary shares of $1 each,
all of which are fully paid up.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening
of each week. Notices from Government departments must
be received by the Gazette Clerk, Department of Internal
Affairs, by noon on Tuesdays. Advertisements will be accepted
by the Government Printer until noon on Wednesdays.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 10c per line.
The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand.
NEW ZEALAND STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS
These are not now available from Government Bookshops
but may be obtained from the Standards Association of New
Zealand, Private Bag, Wellington.
STATUTORY REGULATIONS
Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of
general legislative force are no longer published in the New
Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of
the following arrangements:
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing),
subscription $25 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual Volume (including index) bound in buckram,
price on application. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and
1939–42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
