That the share premium reserve account be, and the same
is hereby cancelled and the sum of $8,000, representing the
whole amount standing to its credit in the books of the
company as at 31 March 1975, be available to the directors
for distribution in cash as a capital distribution to the holders
of the ordinary shares in the capital of the company pro-
portionately to their holding. Such distribution to be effected
within 7 days from the date of confirmation by the Supreme
Court of this special resolution.

TAKE notice that, in pursuance to section 290 of the Companies
Act 1955, a meeting of creditors in the above matter will be
held; and further that notice is hereby given, in pursuance to
section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, a creditors meeting
of the above named company will be held.

The meetings have been combined and will be held at the
