Declaring Land Taken Subject to a Building Line Restriction
and a Fencing Agreement, for State Housing Purposes, in
the Borough of Te Awamutu

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby taken
subject to the building line restriction imposed by transfer
S. 107595, and to the fencing agreement contained in transfer
S. 368850, South Auckland Land Registry, for State housing
purposes, from and after the 15th day of July 1976.
