Land Proclaimed as a Limited Access Road in Block V, Maungakawa Survey District, Piako County

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as a limited access road the land, described in the Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Piako.

All those pieces of land described as follows:

As shown on the plans marked as above mentioned, and lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Pursuant to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby appoints the officer for the time being holding the office of Senior Farm Advisory Officer, Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Christchurch, to be a non-elective member of the North Canterbury Catchment Board, from and including the 17th day of July 1976.
