Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Road, and Road
Closed and Vested in Block X, Takapau Survey District,
Dannevirke County
PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928,
the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the
notice, dated the 21st day of January 1976, and published
in Gazette, No. 13, 5 February 1976, on page 253, pro-
claiming land as road, and road closed and vested in Block
X, Takapau Survey District, Dannevirke County, by omit-
ting the land, fifthly, sixthly, and seventhly described in the
First Schedule thereto.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Road Closed
and Vested in Blocks V and IX, Mangatoro Survey District,
Dannevirke County
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land, described in the First Schedule
hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the County of Dannevirke, and hereby
proclaims that the road, described in the Second Schedule
hereto, is hereby closed, and hereby proclaims that the road,
described in the Third Schedule hereto, is hereby closed
and shall, when so closed, vest in Harley James Smyth, of
Mangatoro near Dannevirke, sheep farmer, and Elizabeth
Rosemary Smyth, his wife, as tenants-in-common in equal
shares.

Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Road, Road Closed

Survey District, Dannevirke County
PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928,
the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the
notice, dated the 26th day of February 1976, and published
in Gazette, No. 27, 18 March 1976, page 561, proclaiming
land as road, road closed and vested, and land taken and
vested in Blocks XIV and XV, Takapau Survey District,
and Block II, Mangatoro Survey District, Dannevirke County,
by omitting from the Fourth Schedule the land first described
therein, being the area of 2 acres 3 roods 31.2 perches, being
part Section 6: coloured blue and bordered blue on plan
S.O. 6229.

Declaration that Land is a Public Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was
passed by the Franklin County Council on the 11th day of
August 1975:
That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section
13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Franklin
County Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held
by the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the said
County in fee simple, and described in the First Schedule
hereto, shall be, and the same are hereby declared to be,
public reserve for recreation purposes, within the meaning
of the said Act, and the pieces of land in the Second
Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same are hereby declared
to be, public reserve for esplanade purposes within the mean-
ing of the said Act.
