Pursuant to section 175 and subject to sections 176 to 182 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Auckland Harbour Board to reclaim from the bed of the Waitemata Harbour an area of 3.72 hectares, more or less, of endowment land, as shown edged red on plan M.D. (N) 37, and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Auckland.

The Honourable John Barry O’Regan to be Deputy to the Judge Advocate of the Fleet, and Judge Advocate General of the New Zealand Army, and of the Royal New Zealand Air Force, during the absence from New Zealand of the Honourable John Charles White, M.B.E., the Judge Advocate of the Fleet, and Judge Advocate General of the New Zealand Army, and of the Royal New Zealand Air Force.
