Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Hamilton City Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for local purpose (public utility), and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Hamilton, in trust, for that purpose.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—HAMILTON CITY
Lot 64, D.P. S. 18071, being part Allotment 202, Kirikiriroa Parish, situated in Block XIV, Komakorau Survey District: area, 5 square metres, more or less. Part certificate of title No. 11A/1352, and excluding therefrom the mines and minerals contained in certificate of title, Volume 1097, folio 131.

Declaring Land in the Westland Land District to be Crown Land Subject to the Land Act 1948

PURSUANT to section 171 of the Coal Mines Act 1925, the Minister of Mines hereby gives the following notice.

Social Security Act 1964—Maternity Notice

PURSUANT to section 112 (4) of the Social Security Act 1964, the Minister of Health hereby gives notice that George Potter Adams, M.B., Ch.B. (NEW ZEALAND) of 174 Wicksteed Street, Wanganui, has notified the Minister that he is unwilling to afford medical services in relation to maternity benefits, on the terms provided for in section 112 of the Social Security Act 1964, and consequently he is entitled to recover any fees in respect of his professional services, as if that Act had not been passed.

Notice Directing That Omaka Cemetery be Closed and Control and Management Thereof Vested in the Marlborough County Council and the Blenheim Borough Council

PURSUANT to section 41 of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, the Minister of Health hereby directs that Omaka cemetery, being the land described in the Schedule hereto, shall be closed and burials therein discontinued from and after the 31st day of December 1976; also hereby vests the control and management of the closed Omaka cemetery in the Marlborough County Council and the Blenheim Borough Council, as from the 31st day of December 1976.

BLENHEIM LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 6.5880 hectares, situated in the Borough of Blenheim, being Lot 2, D.P. 771, and being Section 8 and part Section 25, Block III, Taylor Pass Survey District.
