The revenue from the fees shall be used for maintenance
and improvements of the mooring piles, and amenities directly
related to them, and to meet supervision and administrative
costs. -
There shall be free and continued access for casual boat
owners and other members of the public to and from Flat
Rock and Pakuranga reserves. -
The licensee shall keep a separate bank account into
which all dues and charges received, in accordance with
condition 4 hereto, shall be paid and which shall be made
available for inspection by any person, appointed by the
Minister of Transport for that purpose, at any reasonable
time.

Notifying the Change of Name of the Controlling Authority
of the Thames Abattoir, the Thames Abattoir District, and
the Thames Abattoir (No. 1456, Ag. 15/10/2/5)
PURSUANT to section 15 (5) of the Meat Act 1964, and to a
delegation from the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries for
the purpose of the said subsection, notice is hereby given
as follows:
-
The Thames abattoir district, and the Thames abattoir
shall henceforth be called the Thames-Coromandel
abattoir district, and the Thames-Coromandel abattoir,
respectively. -
The Thames-Coromandel District Council shall henceforth
be the controlling authority of the abattoir, vice the
former Thames Borough Council. -
The Thames-Coromandel abattoir district shall be all that
area in the Thames-Coromandel district, as from time
to time constituted, but excluding the area contained
in the former ridings of Mercury Bay, Whitianga, and
Whenuakite in the former County of Coromandel.
This notice is given as a consequence of the amalgamation
of the Borough of Thames and the Counties of Thames and
Coromandel, on 1 October 1975, to form the Thames-
Coromandel District.

PURSUANT to the Dental Regulations 1964, I, Kenneth Albert
George Hindes, the returning officer for the purposes of these
regulations, hereby give the following notice with respect of
the elections of persons to the Dental Council of New Zealand
under paragraphs (d) and (e) of section 3 (2) of the Dental
Act 1963.

PURSUANT to the Law Practitioners Act 1955, notice is hereby
given that the Disciplinary Committee of the New Zealand
Law Society, on the 4th day of May 1976, ordered that Derek
Harold Dinsdale Holland be struck off the roll of barristers
and the roll of solicitors of the Supreme Court, and further
ordered that the said Derek Harold Dinsdale Holland pay
to the New Zealand Law Society the sum of one thousand
dollars for costs.
