Land Proclaimed as Road and Land Resumed in Block X,
Alexandra Survey District, Raglan County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land, described in the First Schedule hereto, and hereby resumes the land, described in the Second Schedule hereto, for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Raglan.

Land Resumed

All that piece of land containing 1.8 perches, situated in Block X, Alexandra Survey District, being part Lot 8, D.P. 19277; as shown on plan S.O. 47634, deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon coloured blue, edged blue.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby (a) declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land, described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waikato, and the land, described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes from and after the 17th day of June 1976; and (b) further declares the land, described in the said Second Schedule, to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 17th day of June 1976.
