Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency
the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the
land, described in the Schedule hereto, being taken for the
purposes of Part II of the Urban Renewal and Housing
Improvement Act 1945.

Reappointing Auditors of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to section 43 of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand
Act 1964 (as amended by section 2 of the Reserve Bank
of New Zealand Amendment Act 1971), His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby reappoints the members
from time to time of Messrs Hutchison, Hull and Company,
and Messrs Clarke, Menzies and Company, Chartered Ac-
countants, to be the auditors of the Reserve Bank of New
Zealand for a term of 2 years commencing on the 1st day
of July 1975.

Captain A. D. Ross to be temp. Major with effect from
28 April 1976.

ROYAL N.Z. ARMORED CORPS

Captain W. J. Scott to be acting Major with effect from
17 May 1976.

THE CORPS OF ROYAL N.Z. ENGINEERS

Major Horace Milton James Shorter, R.E.A., M.N.Z.I.M.I.,
M.I.P.L.E., is posted to the Retired List with effect from 24
May 1976.

Captain A. Anderson to be temp. Major with effect from
1 May 1976.

Captain and Quartermaster T. W. Dench to be temp.
Major and Quartermaster with effect from 23 May 1976.

Captain L. R. Upjohn is transferred to the Royal New
Zealand Air Force with effect from 5 July 1976.
