NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 20th day of May 1976, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from $220,000 to $120,000 and the minute, approved by the Court, showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 3rd day of June 1976.

The said minute is in the words and figures following:

The capital of Nible Nooks (N.Z.) Limited is $120,000 divided into 60,000 fully paid ordinary shares of $2 each having been reduced from $220,000 divided into 60,000 fully paid ordinary shares of $2 each and 50,000 preference shares of $2 each paid to $1 each.
