Land Taken for Maori Housing Purposes in Block IV, Mata Survey District, Waiapu County
DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of June 1976.
SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods and 6.5 perches, situated in Block IV, Mata Survey District, being Section 8, Town of Ruatoria Extension No. 3. All certificate of title No. 100/174, Gisborne Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of June 1976.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby taken for a service lane and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Dannevirke, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of June 1976.

HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood and 1.6 perches, situated in Block III, Tahoraiti Survey District, and being part Suburban Sections 10 and 11, Dannevirke; as shown on plan S.O. 3182, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Napier, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of June 1976.

Reappointing a Director of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand

At the Government House at Wellington this 31st day of May 1976

His Excellency The Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1964, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby reappoints Walter Stewart Otto, Esquire, of Auckland, as a director of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand, to hold office during pleasure for a term of 3 years from the 11th day of May 1976.

Port Conciliation Committee for the Port of Gisborne Appointed
Pursuant to the Waterfront Industry Act 1953, the Minister of Labour hereby appoints the following persons to be the Port Conciliation Committee for the Port of Gisborne for a term of 1 year expiring on 30 April 1977.
James Arnold Thomas, Chairman;
Howard Allan Corbin, Adrian Neil Primrose, and John Margrave Trafford (nominated by the New Zealand Port Employers' Association (Incorporated)); and Ivan Panapa Tutere Kerekere, Reginald Smith, and Robert Shotton (nominated by the Gisborne Waterfront Industrial Union of Workers).
