For each additional 25 km or fraction thereof beyond 1038 km add 45c per tonne.

  1. Minimum charge—Any less quantity will be charged at such minimum or on actual weight at Class E plus 50 percent, whichever is cheaper.

  2. Handling and Tallying—The department may require all loading, unloading, sheeting, or tallying to be performed by the owners. Where loading, unloading, sheeting, or tallying is performed by the department, charges as per section 122 will apply.

  3. Hay, Straw, and Chaff

  4. Hay and straw (baled) and chaff will be charged at the wagon rates specified in paragraph 2 hereof, or on actual weight at Class E plus 50 percent, whichever is cheaper.

  5. Rates will be charged as follows:
    (a) Per La wagon . . . at Class M rates.
    (b) Per four wheeled wagon not otherwise specified . . . at Class M rates increased by 33½ percent.

  6. The department will not undertake to load, unload, or cover traffic conveyed under the provisions of this section.
