NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, held on the 21st day of May 1976, the following extraordinary resolution was passed by the company, namely:

That the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up, and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily.
