A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area
vested in the Canterbury Education Board as a site for a
school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed
and discharged from every educational trust affecting the
same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or ease-
ments affecting the same at the date hereof.

I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described
in the Schedule hereto as a State forest park and as part of
the Tararua State Forest Park.

UPPER HUTT CITY
LOT 2 and part Lot 1, D.P. 615, Lot 1 and part Lots 2, 3,
4, 5, 6, and 7, D.P. 616, parts Lot 6, D.P. 618, Lots 2 and 5,
D.P. 619, Lot 2, D.P. 1820, part Sections 113 and 114, Hutt
District, shown on plan B/242, and part Section 394, Hutt
District, situated in Blocks III, VII, XI, and XV, Akatarawa
Survey District. Subject to rights of way affecting part Sec-
tions 113 and 114, Hutt District, created by conveyance
dated 11th July 1907 filed with Application 4060: area,
1852.9875 hectares, more or less. Balance of certificate of

Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the course of the
Taita River shall be altered or diverted within the area of
land, described in the Schedule hereto.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 6322 square metres, and
being part Section 14, Block IX, Waoku Survey District;
as shown on plan S.O. 49941 lodged at the office of the Chief
Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon marked 'D'.
