IN THE MATTER OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1955, AND IN THE MATTER OF SIMON-J TEXTILES LIMITED a duly incorporated company having its registered office at the office of D. T. Morris Esq., Chartered Accountant, 23 Hall Street, Pukekohe, and carrying on business there and elsewhere as textile manufacturers and sellers:
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 19th day of May 1976, presented to the said Court by PUKEKOHE MOTORS (1973) LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Howick, and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland, on the 9th day of June 1976, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 14th day of May 1976, presented to the said Court by FIRTH INDUSTRIES LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Hamilton and carrying on business as manufacturers of concrete products. And that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Rotorua on the 18th day of June 1976 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or any contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

HAWKE’S BAY CATCHMENT BOARD
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
NOTICE is hereby given that the Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, the Upper Tuki Tuki flood control scheme and for the purposes of such public work the land, described in the Schedule hereto, is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board, situate in Vautier Street, Napier, and is there open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth such objection in writing and send the same within 40 days of the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, Tribunal Division, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington. If any objection is made, in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land containing four hundred and forty five square metres (445 square metres) being part old riverbed, situate in Block XVI, Waipukurau Survey District, in the Waipukurau County, between the end of Breakwater Road and the Tuki Tuki River, in the Land Registration District and Land District of Hawke’s Bay, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked S.O. 6099, deposited in the office of the Lands and Survey Department at Napier.
