NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Hamilton, dated the 29th day of April 1976, confirming the resolutions reconstructing the capital of the company, namely, the resolution reducing the capital of the company from $120,000 divided into 120,000 shares of $1 each to $75,000 divided into 75,000 shares of $1 each, by converting the 90,000 shares of $1 each paid to 50 cents each to 45,000 fully paid shares of $1 each, and the resolution increasing the capital from $75,000 to $120,000 by the addition thereto of $45,000 divided into 45,000 shares of $1 each, and the minute approved by the Court, showing with respect to the capital as altered the several particulars required by the above mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies at Hamilton on the 12th day of May 1976.

The said minute is in the words and figures following:

The authorised capital of Dairydom Finance Ltd. is $120,000 divided into 120,000 ordinary shares of $1 each; 75,000 ordinary shares of $1 each are fully paid; 45,000 ordinary shares of $1 each may be issued ranking pari passu with the 75,000 ordinary fully paid shares of $1 each as to dividend and as to return of capital on winding up.
