Board
PURSUANT to section 31 (3) of the Criminal Justice Act 1954

been pleased to re-appoint
Te Reimana Kaporere Bailey, Esquire,
of Makirikiri, to be a member of the Kaitoke Borstal Parole
Board for a further period of 3 years on and from the
1st day of July 1976.

Appointment of Beach Rangers
PURSUANT to section 7 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen
John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of
powers delegated by the Minister of Transport revoke the
appointment of

Stuart Mullett-Merrick
as honorary beach rangers, for the purposes of the Motor
Launch Regulations 1962, and appoint
