Death of Member of House of Representatives for Nelson
Electoral District

PURSUANT to the Electoral Act 1956, His Excellency the
Governor-General directs it to be notified that the Honour-
able Sir Stanley Austin Whitehead, Member of the House
of Representatives for Nelson Electoral District, died on the
9th day of January 1976; and that the seat in the House
of Representatives for the said Electoral District is vacant
by reason of such death.

Dated at Wellington this 23rd day of January 1976.
