PURSUANT to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture
and Fisheries, under the Ministry of Agriculture and Fish-
eries Act 1953, for the purposes of the Noxious Weeds Act
1950, the following Special Order made by the City of Wai-
temata on the 29th day of April 1976 is hereby published.

SPECIAL ORDER

PURSUANT to the provisions of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950,
the Waitemata City Council doth hereby by Special Order
declare that the plants mentioned in the Schedule hereto
are noxious weeds within the City of Waitemata.

Foxglove (Digitalis purpurea).
Nodding thistle (Carduus nutans).

Environmental Impact Report Notified-Muritai Reservoir,
Eastbourne

THE Commission for the Environment gives notice that it
has received an environmental impact report on the pro-
posa to provide a storage reservoir at Muritai, Eastbourne.
Representations in writing on the environmental aspects of
the project, as it is explained in the report, will be received
at the office of the Commission, P.O. Box 12-042, Welling-
ton North, until 18 June 1976.

Copies of the report may be purchased from Eastbourne
Borough Council at a cost of $1. Copies may be seen at
the public libraries at Lower Hutt, Petone, Eastbourne; and
Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch or Dunedin; or at the
libraries of the 7 university institutions.

Insurance Companies Deposits Act 1953-Proposed Release of
Deposit

THE N.Z. Master Bakers Mutual Indemnity Association has
given notice to the Public Trustee that it has ceased to carry
on business in respect of the class of insurance designated
as Class 2 in the First Schedule to the above-mentioned
Act, and that it proposes to withdraw the deposit which it
made with the Public Trustee, pursuant to section 19 of
the above-mentioned Act.

The Public Trustee therefore gives notice, pursuant to sec-
tion 19 (3) of the above-mentioned Act, that, being satisfied
that all liabilities of the said association in New Zealand, in
respect of the class of insurance business referred to, have
been fully liquidated or provided for, he proposes to release
to the association on or after the 17th day of June 1976 the
amount deposited with him by the association.

Any objections to the release of the amounts deposited
should be lodged with the Public Trustee at the Public Trust
Office, Lambton Quay, Wellington 1, on or before the 3rd
day of June 1976.

of those persons qualified to vote for the election of 4 pro-
ducers' representatives to the Nelson Raspberry Marketing
Committee will be open for inspection during ordinary office
hours at the following places, viz, Ministry of Agriculture and
Fisheries, Head Office, Wellington, Nelson, and Blenheim;
